“Stacey helped get our company’s finances in order by facilitating a steady cash flow and organizing all 1099s. She tracked our expenses and income which made tax preparation a cinch. Stacey is diligent and detailed. She is the utmost professional and we would recommend her to any small business in need of bookkeeping and office support."

"Stacey seems to get joy out of hunting down and tracking expenditures. She prepares job-costing reports that have turned my dreaded invoicing chore into a manageable and effective method. This facilitates a steady cash flow and today I have access to up-to-date bank balances, accounts receivables and payables. With the job-costing process she established, I have a ‘profit and loss’ report for each job which assists in accurate estimating for future bids. She has also implemented an operative system to collect and maintain current insurance certificates and W9 forms from my many subcontractors in order to comply with federal, state and local laws. Stacey is professional, determined, and has a sense of humor. I would recommend her to any contractor or trade in the construction industry." “Matanzas Riverkeeper is a nonprofit organization that works with the community to protect Florida's last best river, the Matanzas. As a new nonprofit, our bookkeeping, accounting, and database management was overwhelming. Stacey has used her skills and Quickbooks to organize our accounts, create a usable database linked to our donations and funding sources, and helped me prepare real-time financial reports for our board. She also supports our mission which is a real plus." Neil Armingeon - Riverkeeper
